“You are imperfect, you are wired for struggle, but you are worthy of love and belonging.”
― Brene Brown
Welcome. My name is Hanna, and I am glad you’re here. If you're reading this, I am guessing you're on the hunt for a good individual or couples counsellor. Well, you're in the right place because that's me!
Life can be challenging. We all struggle with moments of difficult emotions such as anxiety or sadness. But sometimes, life can feel completely overwhelming or like it’s too much to handle alone. Even the strongest people need a little bit of help from time to time. That’s where I come in.
I believe a respectful, empathic, and collaborative counselling relationship can help you feel less alone with what is weighing you down. I hope that we can work together to create a warm and safe place for you to begin to explore, grow, and heal, while gaining greater insight about yourself, your relationships, and your needs. My goal for both individual and couples therapy is to cultivate an open and authentic environment that encourages you to harness your strengths and resources to help make meaningful changes in your life.
Whenever you’re ready to start, it would be my privilege to support you in your journey. Please reach out.
